Kaluku Food is a subsidiary of Kaluku AgTech – The first Indonesia’s Coconut Agritech Startup where on a mission to restore Indonesia positioning as the leader of global coconut market growth and industries.

Kaluku Coconut - based and Taro - based Healthy Food products

We are currently preparing to launch a limited edition of several coconut-based and Taro-based healthy food products for the B2C consumer segment in the open market.

These products have actually become B2B commodity products in the last few years.

Currently, we are in the process of completing certification and related licensing due to meet export eligibility standards and sales requirements in international retail chains.

Gluten - Free Coconut Flour

is a gluten - free flour made solely from coconuts. It's high in fiber and is a good source of protein. Adding it to your diet may promote stable blood sugar, good digestion, and heart health.

It may also support a healthy body weight when consumed as part of a nutritious, balanced diet.

Organic Coconut Sugar

It’s contains healthy fats that are known to help prevent high cholesterol and heart disease. Inulin is a type of dietary fiber that helps keep your gut healthy, prevent colon cancer, and balance your blood sugar.

While standard table sugar is pure sucrose,

coconut sugar only contains about 75 percent sucrose.

Pure Coconut Oil

It’s cholesterol free! Coconut oil has been touted as a good-for-you fat that helps with weight reduction, metabolism, and lowering cholesterol, including antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, improved skin and oral health, and weight loss potential.

Coconut oil has a distinctive aroma that can add to the taste of food optimally.

Taro as a companion crop

In intercropping between coconut (Coco nucifera) as the main crop and a companion crop, we chose taro (Xanthosoma sagittifolium) with its benefits as an alternative source of new food and additional income for farmers.

Coconut and Taro, when they co-exist, a new potential for added value is born.

Our mission in 2022 is to respond to the increasing growth of healthy food demand.

Trends in healthy lifestyles have become a necessity. People are also more concerned with environmental sustainability and dare to try alternative food as a response to concern for the threat of food crises in the future.

Our products are closely related to improving the welfare of farmers as the real main actors in the local coconut supply chains. If their living hoods are getting better, it will have an impact on increasing the quality of the product itself.
